In India the child Labour problem is very serious problem.the root cause of these minor children working as domestic help or otherwise in various places lies in their glaring poverty.
If these hapless children are banned from working , it becomes crucial to rehabilitate them to prevent other anti-social elements raising their heads.Even compulsory free primary education with free mid-day meals has failed to attract many children from poor families.
In India,it becomes all the more difficult to implement such laws where many loopholes might exist to flout such laws.
Simply banning Child labour as announced by the Government may prove to be detrimental for very children under the age of 14 and society as well in the long run.
